Over the past 20 years, I have gained a diverse range of experiences and faced numerous challenges. These experiences have allowed me to develop a deep knowledge and a genuine positive outlook on how to address difficulties and barriers. Moreover, with my friendly approach, I have been able to assist many teachers, leaders, and schools in moving forward smoothly and successfully.
I have always been passionate about supporting everyone I work with, providing expert guidance, and finding innovative solutions. My goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to create a stimulating and nurturing environment for children to learn. Additionally, I offer assistance to headteachers and senior leaders in driving efficiency and effectiveness to elevate success for all.

Each project begins with a thorough consultation to identify gaps and opportunities. This is followed by a detailed report that includes a project plan with timelines, costings, and how I can deliver what the school requires in the most efficient and cost-effective way, ensuring it has the greatest impact.
Working with individuals, groups and full teams
Whether the project involves working with individual staff members, teams, Early Career Teachers (ECTs), or Senior Leaders, the support offered will maintain a consistently high level of expertise and incorporate the latest professional research.
Many of the schools I have supported have had Ofsted inspections, and the work I have completed with curriculum and subject leaders has helped these schools achieve 'Outstanding' and 'Good' judgments.
