 Since taking on the headship at Carr Green Primary School in September 2021, Ted has been a huge support in helping to drive the school forward. Ted is nothing but professional and has a wealth of experience within the primary setting. 

He has supported teachers and subject leaders with their own planning and delivery in a wide range of subjects, developing their subject knowledge and confidence further. 

Ted has delivered staff training, which is up to date, informative but also extremely engaging and motivating for staff.

 During our initial conversations, Ted listened carefully to our requirements and communicated frequently, both in person and via email, to ensure he had a clear picture of the school. He then created a bespoke curriculum that focussed on the vision and values of the school and local community. Ted's recommendations were based on the latest pedagogical approaches but also took into account his vast classroom and leadership experience.
